Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal on amaran

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you, (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods; or, if you purchased several Products with one Order, the day on which you, or a third party appointed by the Buyer, not being the carrier, receive the last Product or component of a Product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Amaran of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding your

exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired, you will then return the Product(s) as soon as possible, but in any event within fourteen (14) days after invoking the right of withdrawal, unless Amaran offered to pick up the Product(s) itself.

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive return instructions from our customer support team including the return address and return authorization after submitting a withdrawal request. You will then be refunded the purchase price of the Product(s) without delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, unless Amaran has not yet received the returned Products, in which case it may wait with the refund payment until the return is actually received or the Buyer provides proof of shipping of the returns. Amaran will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged for such a refund.

Amaran may wait withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods within 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the costs for the return of the Product(s), unless Amaran failed to notify you of this obligation, or if Amaran confirms in writing to bear these costs. If Amaran establishes that the reason for return of the Product is a Product quality issue attributable to Amaran or an incorrect Product was delivered by Amaran, Amaran will cover the return shipping costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
